Your details,
kept the way we keep the house.
How ClayHouse SAMUI collects, uses and protects personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Updated 10 October 2025.
What we collect
When you book and stay
Name, email, phone, dates, room, number of guests, arrival time and any requests you share.
Payment details are handled by our booking engine and payment providers. We do not keep full card numbers.
For registration, as the law requires
ID card or passport details and nationality of every guest.
If you give us a copy of a Thai ID card, we cover the religion field and never use it.
At the house
CCTV images in shared areas (not in rooms). Café orders. Things you tell us so we can look after you — such as a food allergy — used only for that, with your consent.
When you write to us or visit this site
Messages sent by LINE, WhatsApp, email or the forms on this site; reviews you send us; job applications.
Device and usage data through cookies — only the ones you allow. See “Cookies”.
Write to us — a real person will answer.
To use any of your rights, or if something here is unclear, contact the person below. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
